The newco S.A.I. (Schlote Automotive Italia) was born from an Italian-German partnership. The main actors are three important industrial groups: Schlote, European leader in mechanical processing for the automotive industry; Bohai - Trimet, leader in the supply of automotive components and aluminum production; finally Sira Industrie which, with its subsidiary Sirpress, represents an important reference in the aluminum foundry sector.
